Happy 70th Birthday Wes!!

Today we celebrated my Father in law's 70th birthday. His birthday is not until September 22nd but today was when most of the family could be there. We had a nice dinner and my Mother in law wanted everyone to write why Grandpa is special to us. She then had us read them let just say at times it was a little teary eyed. He is a great man. He is strong, generous and very loving. He is very quiet but when he does talk it is usually something very important. It almost felt like a funeral talking about how great he is. We love him so much! Happy 70th birthday Wes!

This was the most traumatic thing that happened tonight. My nephew Eli somehow got is head stuck in the railing in the Garage. They had to pull the railing and pull on Eli to get him out. I hurried and took a picture. We only had a few bumps and bruises this time. Ellie got a goose bump from the swing set but other than that it was a good night.

What did we do this summer?

I was trying to think did we do any thing this summer. So I had to make a list what we did this summer.

1. Gull Family Reunion at the Hinkley Cabins
2. Garrett broke his arm first week of summer
3. The boys played baseball (Garrett only got to play half of his games)
4. We went to Lagoon twice and stayed over night in our tent trailer
5. We went to the Stadium of Fire (Miley Cyrus and Blue Man Group)
6. We went swimming at my Aunt Nancy's pool
7. We had swimming lessons
8. We went to Fiesta Day's in Spanish Fork (Rodeo, Parade, & swimming)
9. Matt and I celebrated our 14 wedding Anniversary (with no kids)
10. Vorwaller Family Reunion at Echo Reservoir (water skiing)

I guess we did have a busy summer. I just wished the Summer did not go bye so fast!!

Mollie's first hair cut

Mollie had her first grooming experience today. I thought she looked so cute I had to post this. The lady that groomed her sends her home a report card. Mollie received an A+ it said I was a little angel. The lady also sends home a News letter for the month and a toy for Mollie. I was very impressed with her. She was very reasonably priced too.

Boys just goofing around

The other day the boys found these hats that their Grandma Vorwaller brought back from their mission in Nauvoo and wanted me to take a picture of them. They said their were playing polar express. They are so funny. They love to play with each other. The other day I was asking Garrett who are his friends he plays at school with he said I play with Brandon at school. I thought how sweet I hope they always will be that close. They are the best of friends.
